I resent the comment that I am "squeezing every penny" from the tenant, only wishing due pay for damages
there was evident damage done to the sink cabinet from the broken faucet
the property manager even commented to me that the apartment was in bad shape
my on-going complaints were that the manager would NEVER return my phone calls or texts prior to change of ownership

Yes, we work for the owner, they are our client. However, by law we are to treat members of the public fairly. We did that. We charged the tenant what was right. The rest of repairs/improvements are up to the owner.
