They are lyingIf they recorded their calls, they would know I said I submitted the REVIEW and not the complaint without speaking to them and I apologizedAlso, as MULTIPLE residents have stated, no map was neededAll they had to do was ask us where we parkedI submitted the complaint AFTER [redacted] was so rude over the phone and had the lousy "map excuse." Cornerstone Property Management is a property management company that works at the direction of the Board of the condominium complex Ms*** resides in The Board had the parking lot resealed last week and once that was completed they had the parking spaces repainted ***, the
property manager did not have a map of the parking spaces prior to this paving He had asked the board to put one together but as the paving came closer he had to do this himself He put one together and then sent it to the board for approval They approved it and he sent it to the vendor for painting of the numbers on the spaces. When we got into the office on September there was a voicemail from Ms*** stating the parking spaces had been painted wrong and her spot had been moved Also on the same morning we received an email from Revdex.com stating a complaint had been filed on September 18th (the night before) Until we received the voicemail and the email we were completely unaware that there was an issue Ms*** originally filed the complaint prior to even speaking to anyone at this office She did not give us a chance to correct the issue nor did she even make us aware of this issue prior to contacting the Revdex.com That morning when *** got in he received the voicemail from her and called her to find out what the problem was He told her he would have to investigate the issue and find out what happened With all issues that are brought to our attention we have to look into it and find out what went wrong and how can we fix it In this conversation Ms*** told *** she had filed a complaint in the heat of the moment because she was upset her spot had been moved She has always had the spot in front of her unit as a reserved parking spot He told her he wished that she would have given him a chance to correct the issue before she complained. *** drove to the property that morning to look at what had been painted Once he was on the property he was given an old map by a different resident This map was different than the one the Board approved We were completely unaware that this map even existed Another resident later emailed him an old photo from Google earth that showed the old painted spacesMost of the paint has come off of the spaces throughout the years *** also found out that Ms*** went out and asked the vendor to change the number he was painting and switch it with a different number That is what caused the issue with the other neighbor who is also disabled that she spoke about in her complaint When she asked that her spot be switched with the other spot it moved her neighbors spot The only reason that neighbor’s spot was moved was because Ms*** asked the vendor to switch them If she had not done this the other neighbor would not have had an issue. *** has called the vendor and has supplied them with the changes that need to be made to the parking spaces The vendor is trying to get this on their schedule to be corrected but as of the writing of this email we do not know a date *** is a very professional property manager He was not given the chance to fix this problem prior to her making the complaint Once *** spoke to her he drove to the property to see what was the issue This was on September 19th The day we received the voicemail and the same day he had the conversation with her I feel we reacted promptly and professionally The flooding issue is an outside drainage issue and is on the list of the handy mans to get it corrected It does not affect MsUnseld’s unitEveryone has reserved parking spaces in front of their units No one has ever requested handicap spots prior to this We did not go around and ask every resident where they park - we had asked the Board for their approval of the map At no time would we have known that the map that the Board approved for the paving was not correct If Ms*** had only called and told us the spaces were not right and had given us a chance to find out what happened none of this would have happened.
