Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
The response provided by the business simply states a very loose pet policy and does not address the fact that we were charged separate pet fees despite only having two dogsThe business charged us over and above their stated pet deposit and failed to address our complaint in a timely manner as the deadline had passed already This business may continue to overcharge people and not provide an itemized billing statement in the future unless the lack of such a statement is directly addressed As a consumer, we are entitled to an itemized bill each month that we live in this apartment, however I was told that was not the case by the management I would simply like to know how the business will address this lack of transparency in the future to ensure others do not face the same egregious charges.
