Review: I put $1000.00 earnest money down on property located at [redacted], Pasco, WA. on 7-19-13. The property was listed as being completely remodeled and up to date. I gave [redacted]., a sum of $375.00 to do an a home inspection on 7-24-13. [redacted] of Cornerstone Realty lied and withheld information about problems with the home in his listings. Below are listed some of the defects:*No attic vents, *No plumbing vents,*Electrical panel for house not signed off, *Stove did not work, *S type drains installed in house, *Toilet did not work, * Toilet not secured to floor,*Excessive dings to shower, *Possible mold in attic,*Termite and Anoblid damage,*Electrical outlets without ground. I have contacted [redacted] and let him know how dishonest his advertizing is and asked for my money back for the inspection that I had done. I know Mr. [redacted] had to know about these problems because of a previous inspection and the fact that he was also the contractor on this remodle. I have copies of the home inspection and cornerstone advertizing of property if Revdex.com would like to see.Desired Settlement: I would like my $375.00 back done for the home inspection.
