The Kirk Management LLC took over The Kirk Hotel and Apartments unaware of the boiler issuesSince take over we have been fighting with the boiler trying to get to work at a rate and capacityUnfortunately, we didn't know that it was installed incorrectIt was being "watched" daily and the
toilet being lit multiple times per day by old management.? We don't want to do small fixes to try to keep the boiler runningWe want to fix the boiler and not have any issues going furtherWe had the company that did the install come out 03/20/to replace the coil that had been damagedUnfortunately this attempt was unsuccessful as well as attempts from multiple plumbing companiesWe currently have a temporary water heater that has been in place for a few weeks to provide relief until the situation can be resolved permanentlyWe haven't received any complaints from our residents now that we have the temporary water heater in place
