Cornerstone Restaurant

Review: There is a giant banner outside of the restaurant on the patio claiming that this location is an official NFL headquarters for football games. I am a big football fan, so on Sunday's when I come in, I feel I shouldn't have to ask for them to put on a football channel, it should already be on. None the less, every time I'd come in on a Sunday, (and I'm only coming to see football) I have to always ask to put a game on. So I noticed in October when I'd come in it would take forever to serve me. No one would seat me and I didn't know why. I always tip 30-40%, I'm a local established business [redacted]r, and I support my wait staff to the fullest. But I noticed one server in particular, [redacted], just stopped serving me all together. By the way, I don't hit on waitresses or do anything like that. I'm engaged. I noticed enough that I asked another server, [redacted] (who is always respectful, attentive, quick, and what I call a 5 star server), if [redacted] was avoiding serving me because it was kind of obvious. I asked him that in October. He said, "Nah, she can be moody at times, but more than likely you just happen to not be sitting in her area.So I came in Saturday Dec 28th and I see these 3 guys watching manchester united soccer and I asked [redacted], why is it that these guys can watch soccer, but NFL destination days (which you guys advertise outside) you don't have football on? And she told me straight to my face that she didn't like me asking her to put on football and that because of that, she's not in a rush to come serve me, and actually avoids me. ALL BECAUSE I ASK TO PUT ON A FOOTBALL CHANNEL (WHEN TO ME, IF YOU GUYS ADVERTISE THAT, WHY DO I EVEN HAVE TO ASK?).I have 3 witnesses to this atrocious behavior, (they were sitting next to me) equally appalled at the horrid customer service I received. I've been to Cornerstone for breakfast easily 250+ times in the matter of 2 years, but after this, I stormed out, I could not believe it.

I would like a written apology from the [redacted]r for the way his employee, [redacted] treated me. I would like a verbal apology from [redacted], (server). I would like the NFL banners removed. That's the whole reason you put it there, to attract people, thinking that if they go eat/drink at your establishment on Sunday's they could watch football while spending money there. If this reasonable settlement isn't met, I'm taking this to court.thank you
