If you are looking for a contractor who communicates effectively, takes pride in their workmanship and cares about their clients then DON"T hire [redacted] When a major hail storm hit Blair, NE almost two years ago we hired [redacted] to complete repairs on our home Almost every repair [redacted] made in our house left us having to call him back to fix it again Let me list some: fixed our damaged but not leaking roof: it then leaked into our kitchen ceiling When contacted he came in and painted the section of my ceiling that was damaged and fixed the leak in the roof Replaced a hail damaged garage storm door: he replace it with a door that had a gouge in it and the door now would not shut He came back and filled the gouge with puddy and drilled new holes in the door so it would shut then came back again to fill those holes with yet more puddy Replaced screen and trim work on a three season porch: he left us with loose screens and trim that didn't match up in the corners He came back and took down the trim and matched it up again He forgot to fix the A/C so he deducted that from the price Replaced all broken/damaged windows: some of the windows then leaked in rain water, were drafty and had ice/frost on the inside in the winter monthsHe came back and stated that he fixed drafty windows He put a long metal piece over the top of the leaking windows This process made this window not match the other windows and there was a dent left in the metal trim of my new window He claimed he did not make the dent in the new window Replace siding: we came home to siding falling off the house He came back and replaced the siding Parts of the roofing were not nailed down properly after he stated it was done: he came back and nailed it down properly Overall, my experience with [redacted] has not been a positive one He did come back to fix HIS mistakes but it took many times of contacting him to do suchAs stated, this has gone on for almost two years My favorite line was: I have gone above and beyond to fix the problems Well they were problems that he created to begin with VERY VERY frustrating process We would see things fixed only to find they didn't work or an additional problems was created I would not recommend this company to anyone
