On 4-22-Cornerstone did a rain gutter job at my residenceThe two young men that showed up were personable, yet it was obvious they were not trained in installation of rain gutter workThey installed the gutters incorrectly and in addition the gutters leakedI called Cornerstone and described to them the errors in installation and that the gutters leakedThe same young men showed up and reinstalled the gutters properly and told me they had repaired the leaks with silicone The gutters still leak and the gutters installed on the West side of my home came unhinged from the stucco wall and fell into my yardI got my ladder out and anchored the gutters as they should have been anchored in the first placeCome this Spring I'll climb a ladder and fix the leaking gutters myself My mother in law had new gutter work done and I suggested to her she not call Cornerstone, she did not!

Beware of this company they did my roof and gutters, the gutters are all sticking out different lengths on each end of the house! The roofers left trash and nails everywhere they never roller with magnetI had to rent a heavy duty magnet roller for the nailsMy Pregnant wife got flat tires while parked quite a ways away from the workI had to get AAA to assist her as I work out of TownThey asked what I thought was fair and I said to knock $to $off the final bill of $10,
The only thing they would do for me was give me a whole $off of the final bill Ruined New tires cost aprox $to replace

After the last hail storm hit our area I called Cornerstone Roofing and Gutter to have them access the damage to my roof They had someone come out within hours and look at my roof They wrote me an estimate on the spot Their estimator was very professional and knowledgeable He went over my insurance paperwork and explained everything to me in terms I could understand He offered to help me with the insurance billing and paperwork I needed to do I was so impressed with the service I signed up on the spot They asked for NO money up front unlike some of the scammers who had knocked on my door My new roof looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't be happier and have recommended them to everyone I know Keep up the good work Cornerstone!!

Cornerstone Roofing fixed my roof 1-2 mos ago and I was not satisfied with the service that was provided. Truly, it looks nice but I have more leak on several of my gutter and it was worse than my old gutter. A part of my gutter was clogged, and I called them multiple times to fix it. And I am tired of it. Nobody would come and fix it. If ever, I will have more damages in my house, bec of the leak, I would bring them to court for them to pay for my damages and refund my money back. So I am giving them a bad rating 0-1 put of 5. And I don't recommend this company to other people.

I contracted with Cornerstone Roofing to re-roof my house. They were quick, but the quality is not there. The nail gun they used to roof the house broke several pieces of wood that fell out into the attic, in several areas. I have called REPEATEDLY over the last year to get an appointment scheduled with someone to SHOW THEM WHAT THE ISSUE IS. In order to do this, I need to show them the INSIDE of the attic, which means I have to be home. They have NEVER returned my calls, and have not called to set up a meeting with me so that I can show them. I have broken and missing wood in several spots down the trusses of my home that need to be fixed. This is REALLY BAD customer service, and they are not standing behind their work. I am VERY frustrated, and this company does not care enough about me as a customer, or about their reputation as a business. I am VERY disappointed and will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE! These repairs need to be done....NOW!! Stand behind your work!

I am a class B General Contractor. I have used Cornerstone Roofing and Gutter for years as a sub contractor on numerous projects. They are very professional and have done an excellent job for us and our customers. Our customers always complement how great their roofs look and how happy they are. We will continue to use Cornerstone Roofing and Gutter for future projects.

We hired them to replace our roof. They were right over to give us a bid, and the materials were delivered with no problem. The roofers they hired to do the actual work left after one day's work, with our roof partially exposed, and no word on when they would be back. I called repeatedly, trying to get our roof done before bad weather set in. It took me three weeks of nearly daily calls, and it took my insurance agent emailing the owner to get him to email me regarding our roof. He assured us it would be handled, but blamed everything on a former employee, instead of letting the buck stop with him. The next day the roofers finished the roof, and we paid the company. I would think this company would not only want to get it done so they could get paid sooner, but also, I would think that I would have gotten better service for a company who advertises that "integrity is the cornerstone of our business"!

We had hail damage in June 2016. I was referred to Adam of Cornerstone. I signed with him a few weeks later and referred 4 people to him. After chasing Adam down (no response most of the time) he agreed to have work done around middle of Sept. No materials, no crew, one lie after another. On Dec1 I signed with another company who promise work would be done before end of the month. They asked for money for materials and I refused. Finally on Dec 27 I was contacted by [redacted]. Materials were delivered on Dec 29 and work began Dec 30. The roof will be completed tomorrow Jan 1. The crew of 7 has busted their butts off and I appreciate their hard work. They arrived at 7 and worked till after 6 each day. Cornerstone said they couldn't get materials, couldn't get permits because they were behind 2-3 months, then materials would be here in two days back in Sept and never came. Of the four referrals 2 backed out and got someone else, one was never contacted, and one is waiting.

I contracted with Cornerstone to replace the roof on the home I'm selling. After the work was completed, I went to check on it. There was a hammer left in the gutter over my garage, loose pieces of cut asphalt shingles left on the roof,, shingles in the back yard, and the roof-mounted satellite dish hanging off the side of the house. I contacted the company, and it was eventually taken care of, but took three weeks.

Then, after we got our first offer on the house, the inspector hired by the purchasers discovered that no permit had been pulled, and the work had not been inspected. It took over a week of calling and e-mails by both myself and my realtor, and even then, we received no response to our messages until I posted a negative review on their [redacted] page. They finally admitted that no permit had been pulled, and did eventually provide my realtor the permit number and a roof certificate, but this put the sale of my house in jeopardy.. Zip code of the work was [redacted].
