 This is the second time I have provided a photo of credit card statement page showing the company's name, date and money charged for the Creed Aventus. Also pictures of the fake bottle were attached to the email. They were informed that the respiant of the gift discarded the box and paper work prior to me seeing the bottle. ( Perfumebff was provided with the photos with the original email I sent to them.)

not received the full refund. There is no policy. If the company policy states that they are keeping a restocking fee..then the consumer should have a policy that states that if the error was on the companys fault, there is not a fee. The company clearly sent an item that was not the correct item. They sent a counterfeit item.This entire dispute is not solely on the $14 that they owe me for the restocking fee. The dispute is that the company is selling fake merchandise posed as the authentic item which is fraudulant.  This complaint is also filed with [redacted] and US Customs for selling fake items and scamming consumers.  I have disputed the amount not refunded.Next step will be filing a class action lawsuit from other customer complaints in order to have this fraudulant company shut down.

I read their policy, and their policy saysm they will...

return teh item withing 15 days, they will deduct 10% for unopened package and 20% for opened packages, howver in my case I explained it several times for you and for them whey I did not open and return, I do not need to repeat myself,  I did have to open the package to check if the cologne is real or fake and sure it was fake first and the cologne was 3/4 full and it had leaked in the box. I do not understand how these people are in business untill now. I also paid $14 to $15, I do not have the receipt with me right now, but I do have it at home where they should have offered to pay for the shipping and they did not per their message, but asked to ship to them.  the money deducted from is neither 10% nor 20%, they deducted almost $30 and I also paid almost $15 for shipping.  I still need my full refund back

my messages or provided a full refund to date.  See attached snapshot proof and details of messages I sent on their website and they have not responded.  It has been over 6 days since the product was returned and confirmed by [redacted] tracking # [redacted].  This is all the proof you need to see how this fraudulent company works.  It is businesses like this that make shopping in American very sad.  They should be arrested and put away for lying and stealing real sales from legitimate companies.

The business (PerfumeBFF) did provide a refund, but they did not...

provide a full refund. They advertised that they would sell me Aventus Creed Men's Cologne.  This is not the product that I received.  I was shipped a fake bottle of the cologne with mock markings on the box and the bottle to make it seem as if it were authentic. I understand that they charge a restocking fee for returned products, but the product that I returned was not the product I ordered. Unless PerfumeBFF has an authentic bottle of Aventus Creed to sell me, I am not paying a fee for a fraudulent sale of a product. A full refund is required.

 This Business Owner is clearly taking advantage of costumers selling counterfeit products as original. On his website it clearly states that all products are original. I have been advised by my credit card company and by the attorney's office not to return the products as it might became evidence in case I proceed processing the business. As I had already communicated to the business owner, I was humiliated and completely embarrassed among the people who I have gifted this products to. I want to make sure that Revdex.com helps me making justice as this is a crime.
