hello all to one and all folks I am looking to give some honest feedback regarding a very friendly staff that cornerstone select properties employsI have been a tenant here at ** *** avsouth Hamilton Ontario since October 2012, I have found the property management to be to warm, engaging and effective when the need arisesIn order to not make anyone feel alienated for an issue that arises from one tenant they remain neutral and send a letter to all tenants and lastly for a big company they bring a human touch to what should be an impersonal relationshipthey attend to all repair issues in a timely fashion and provide fair enough notice if/when they need to enterAll in all they are a fantastic rental management coto rent from and it is with the highest of appreciation that I leave you this candid review

[redacted] I am renting a property that they are suppose to take care of. I've called several several times. I've left emails and they still have not come to fix a thing. The fridge leaks. Can't use the dishwasher as it leaks water all over the floor. Short in the lights. The outlet plugs and covers are not flush with walls. Heat doesn't work correctly. I have called many times to try and get ahold of the property management and even went as far as leaving a message with a Supervisor or Mangenment but still after weeks,over a month. I have NOT heard from anyone. This isn't right. That is your job and you can't even do it right.
