Corona Del Sol Pool Service & Repair

I had Jorge for 10 years and he scammed me... I paid almost 4k for a new pool pump and everything. now its leaking and he didn't have time for me and in fact told me I was the rudest customer ever. I have had 3 different pool companies come out and now its going to coat me 850 bucks to fix the modular. My service included cleaning, chemicals, equipment checks ect. its clear they never checked my equipment otherwise they'd know it was leaking... look at my filters... over 8 months of dirt...RUN.. I promise there is a BETTER POOL SERVICE OUT THERE. I JUST CANT BELIVE THAT SOMEONE WOULD LITTERALLY SCREW YOU LIKE Jorge DID...

I have used CDS pools -Jorge for 10years. I had my pool pump replaced last year, my husband notice water around the pump but we never saw a leak until last Saturday. Now I have weekly service where they are supposed to check my equipment, apparently they were not doing that. I reached out to Jorge on Saturday with no response, so I sent another text on Sunday and received a text from Jorge saying that it was a religious holiday and he couldn't be bothered. He then said he would refund my money and that I was the rudest customer. WOW... so now I am going to have to pay to have my leak fixed by someone else. what happened to customer service, I have filed a complaint with the BBB...

CDC Pools is the worst local company I have had the displeasure to deal with is over 20 years in Arizona. They damaged filters and returns on poll pool and tried to sweep it under the rug mentioning nothing and I had to replace them at my own cost. They missed service days. They dumped filter trash on the rocks from the filter right next to the pool and once I simply brought up the issues I had with their service they stopped coming with no reason as why and wouldn’t answer calls or emails. They are overpriced, wreck less, have no accountability, and the worst service I have dealt with in the industry. I can see by the other reviews on the Revdex.com site, I am not the first person they have blown off. Don’t take your business elsewhere, run from this business.

I was impressed at first with the quick response when I called Corona Del Sol to come out to investigate pool issues I had. At that time, we made arrangements for them to come back to my home on a certain date, and I had asked them to bring materials needed as well as start a monthly service. On the date agreed upon, I left a voicemail and then sent a text to make sure we were still on, and I got a response that they were too busy and would have to pass. No prior call to advise they wouldn't be able to show up, so I'd have the option to get someone else or reschedule, and when I reminded them about what our agreement was, not even a response. I was hoping for at least a reschedule as I had taken the day off from work to be home when they arrived. Very poor business. I had to then secure another company to come, and it hindered being ready for the Memorial Day Weekend since the other company couldn't make it out until 3 days later, and it will take a few days to get my pool back in shape.

I need to post this review about this pool service. I have [redacted] as my pool specialist and this guy and the company is fantastic my pool has never looked so good not to mention that the customer service is great. I will recommend this company to all my family and friends.

CDS came out to repair and service my pool witch was in bad shape. I couldnt be more satisfied with the work they did and at a great price! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for there services. Great work James and Jorge!

Corona Del Sol Pool Service & Repair (CDSPools.com) was the best choice we could have made for a Pool Service.

Our Pool was this green color when we called. After interviewing three different pool services we saw “Corona Del Sol Pool Service & Repair” add for a “free home estimate” and decided to call. Great thing we did because Jorge was knowledgeable and honest. He was able to get the blue water back and repair items the other three Pool Services wanted to charge us for. He repaired them and we didn’t have to ask if he could, he just did it. :-) The other three pool companies all wanted to charge us when they did not have to. That’s when you know.

It’s the simple things that set great service companies apart. Now as a result, Jorge (Corona Del Sol Pool Service & Repair - CDSPools.com) has a customer for life!
