I purchased a bedroom set (queen bed frame, mattress, dresser and mirror) on February 2020 once It was delivered the mattress didn’t fit the bed frame, the dresser was broken, and I didn’t receive the mirror. I called the company and also went to the store and told me that they would get me a new one. After a week they closed but they didn’t communicate with me when the items were going to get here so I had to wait until they opened. I called them again and told me that they would place the order so I could get the items in a week but I never did and now it’s been 6 months and I’m still reaching out to them to see when I will get my items and there is no answer. I just want a refund because it’s been too long and they don’t want to do anything to solve the problem.

I bought 3 sofas from Corona Furniture on the last week of April 2019 located in Pasco WA, but their main store is the one located in Sunnyside and since the beginning they have directed me to call that location with all questions and issues. All 3 sofas came damaged when delivered 4 weeks later end of May. I told the delivery driver about it and he said he would tell his boss about it and have him call me. After 4 days of no one calling me I called them to ask what they were planning to do about the issues. An employee told me not to worry that it would be taken care of, I asked how and she said she didn't know how but that it would eventually be taken care of and no to worry. A week goes by and I called them again to find what the solution was and again employee (Manager/owner was never in) told me that it would eventually be taken care of just to wait. About a week and a half goes by and they called me saying that they had new sofas to be delivered. They delivered the new sofas and one was damaged and pointed it out to delivery driver and he said he would tell his boss. And the story from above repeats it self for another month. Finally the employee tells me that they will call me on July 18 to take me a new sofa. No one ever called. And now manager/owner wont return my calls and employees don't know what is going on or if anything is going to be done about the damaged sofa.
