I have sent attachment of complaint with responses from us in the form of (CM ........) both invoices are here for you to review you will see that the work that was done was stated under parts and labor sections along with recommend servicesno where on the repair orders does it say replace wiring
only clean and repairThe customer received all the parts listed on the work orders and billed for the labor customer is in possession of the parts and the boat and did not make any attempts to have us repair any issues she had with the boat repairs giving us no opportunity to resolve the matter customer just went into complaints Please let me know if there is anything else you need from us to help resolve this dispute
