Our labor was $450.00 but customer was only charged $350.00 for the labor due to the situation that was given. Customer was informed of the changes on labor and did not say that he was not okay with what was done. We have always tried to provide the best service. If customer had mentioned that he was not okay then a solution would have been reached and this could have been avoided.
Review: Purchased parts for Repair of King Pins on Commercial truck they Removed off truck first took a look that they weren't the same parts attempted putting them they could not for Lack of Knowledge or Tools or know How. Parts wereplaced aside after Damaged & could not Return them and was obligated to Purchase New parts plus misseddays of Work due to Inuficiancy.Desired Settlement: Billing or Pay for damageed Parts that were not Refundable .

I am rejecting this response because: They took apart King Pins 1st & at that Time if they new they were not Correct Parts why did they Attempt to Put them On. once they attempted to put them on thats why I could not get them Refunded they were already Damaged. & loss of Day of a Work. The Parts are Correct they Just Lack the Knowledge & Tools toInstall that Type of King Pins there's Different Styles.
