Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanshipThe customer can return the tool to us for replacement, or a refund when accompanied with the receipt

Our policy is very clear, if you return the tool to us we will replace the tool and pay the shipping back to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the tool back to us.
This is the industry standard. In some cases I do allow photo's in lieu of a return (larger tools), having said that, I only requested photo's from Mr. [redacted] from the beginning,
But since he has taken this path and would not produce a photo of his tool, he now has to return it to us for replacement, which we will gladly provide him.
