I really like the area but as far as management, it's constantly changingAt this moment they actually have a competent mgrWhen residents submitted work orders the office workers would just stuff them awayThe maintenance workers hide out in the supply roomNow the owner could care less about his properties & it showedI'm glad were finally able to moveTry living with an infested apartment with a million cats getting pregnant, babies everywhere, green & black pool which has NEVER been opened

I have visited a friend there and this place is a total dump. They charge her 750 in rent for an apartment for a crappy apartment they don't bother to take care of. The water comes out of the faucets all brown and they don't make any effort to fix that. This place should be bulldozed to the ground and the owner should rot in prison for what he or she allows to happen to these apartments.
