I am very dissapointed in the service department; there is a definite lack of "customer service". All service, even scheduled service, takes much longer than required. I dropped my truck off at 9am on a Thursday for a diagnostic exam (and I had an appointment). They still had not even looked at it the next morning (24 hours later). It is so frustrating-why bother having an appointment if they are not even going to look at it until they feel like it. In addition, they have done faulty work to my truck in the past requiring the work to be redone. A big dissapointment.
