The made a bad installation, and due to that I had to pay double in electricity than usual when in fact it should not be paying more FPL bills
They made and installation that was not corrected, it work fine for a few days and then it started producing less power that it should, I contacted them several times and always gave excuses about the heat of the summer and stuff, but I was still getting FPL bills and since is a new installation I was not aware and I was never inform of how much should I expect to produce.
Then I saw and error and contacted them about it, 3 days later when they finally came they found a cable was ground faulted and that was the error right after the fix the production of power increased *** %. I contacted them with this to get a refund for all the money I lost because of this bad installed and they laid saying the technician just power cycle the machine and that resolved the issue, I had power cycle the system the first day I saw the error and that didn't resolved it. Also I have witnesses that saw the technician in my roof and when he was explaining that he found the ground fault and corrected.
They are laying to do not pay all the expenses they caused, they are extremely irresponsible and never took the time to inform me about the system.
They are experts in making excuses and cover up the mistakes.
I need them to pay me for the power I didn't produce due to their bad installation to try to compensate the charges I still get from FPL.
When we completed the install the system was functioning properly. When we went back a short time later to set up and explain the monitoring everything was working. When we were informed that the system had an error we responded in 3 days and was able to get the system up and running. Now their system is working great again. But in an effort to make sure everyone is happy we have contacted the client outside of this form and have offered to pay for the lose of production that they experience, due to the lack of communication and explanation of the system and how it operates. With this arrangement the client has agreed to remove this complaint against our company.
