Review: My name is [redacted] and I have a complain about Robert coronado vein center, My complain is that they have horrible service they would always change my appoiments and didnt let me know or wait for me the doctor would just leave and I think that was not fair of his part because I had to miss work many times and time and gas to be there. so him not showing up and changing my appoiment in last miniute and him not being responsible all they did was take my money for nothing.Desired Settlement: I Want my money back that they charged me so to refund my money to my insurance and to pay for the days I missed work. witch was 2 days of work. and my gas money 40.00 dollars

Patient had one appointment that needed to be rescheduled. We left the patient a voicemail message to call us to reschedule. Patient did not return our call and showed up at the original appt time. We were not in the office that day so patient had to leave without being seen. Patient was not charged for any services that he did not receive. Insurance was not billed for services that were not provided.

I am rejecting this response because they gave me that appoiment a month before so they had time to let me know they were not going to be there Also its very hard for me to miss work so I had to ask for the day and for them to let me know at last moment its not fair I had to miss work and for them to do this its not fair Also I didnt reschedule because of what they did.
