10-19-CORONADO ESTATES LLC *** *** *** *** MORENO VALLEY CA*** ###-###-#### ATT: *** *** COMPLAINT NUMBER Hello and had I received the first complaint I would of responded accordinglyI am not familiar with *** *** we never metAs she stated her fiancé bought my manufactured home in august This house was purchased thru a real estate office using an escrow company and a bank loan and we all know banks will not lend money now a days without complete thorough inspection and appraisal and termite inspection to any house they lend money for to protect their assets This manufactured home was completely rehabbed by my employees and I have spent $50k that my insurance company paid me to completely renovate the house and I have all the proof of all the work was done to the house from a new a/c unit to new appliances and carpeting and very much the hole house was redone including dry wallsPrior to closing escrow the buyer hired an inspection company and thoroughly inspected every part of the house and we repaired what was asked for and never once was mentioned to us by the inspector or by the appraisal or by the termite company of any wet walls or any mold smell whatsoever and the buyer had his walk thru a day before closing escrow and all was fineFew days after the buyer moved to the house he contacted my main repair contractor person asked him to help him that he had suffered a broken pipe inside his bathroom wall and flooded one of the rooms in the houseMy contractor name *** *** went to help him out give him an advice of what to do and how to fix the problemA month later my real estate agent received a call from the buyer stating that the room that backs into the bathroom has wet dry wall and there is mold inside the dry wall and saying we sold him the house with mold and he wants it to be fixedThe buyer also sent me a letter to my address in October and I personally contacted him and discuss all the work was done to the house and told him that he had professional inspection done and all was goodI even purchased for him additional home warrantee for the house thru escrowBut all he kept saying that his lawyer told him to this and do that and his lawyer told him he has wrights for this and that so I told him have his lawyer contact me in that case because I refuse to fix anything any furtherMy company recently changed name due to split up partnership previously was Progressive lending Inc., and now it is Coronado estates llbeen in business since and manages over rental properties and never one complaintThank you *** *** Coronado estates llc
