Review: We enter into a contract/agreement in 04/2011 in purchasing a property in the Dominican Republic with this company. It was combination as we reside in the US to do business since they have a base here in the States. The contract was to provide a down payment of about $25, 000.00 dollars so in one year the property will be built, completed and provided to us to take over. The property was suppose to be given on 04/2012 after the down payment was completed and it was built. The remaining balances ($65,000.00) was to be paid on a monthly payment through a bank. We paid as agreed with a lot of sacrifice. We still don't have a home and no money. On 04/**/2013 we decided to contact the company and requested our money back and they agreed to give back the money after a 120 days waiting period. It is 08/**/2013 and 120days has passed and there is still not a resolution. I've contacted the company and they still don't have an answer to give me. This company is a fraud that are destroying the dreams of many families residing in the US. I called to verify if they are still taking new clients and to my surprise they are.Desired Settlement: They should be shut down from conducting any business in the US. Please investigate this company and stop them from stealing not only the money but families dreams.
