Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Not only do I feel that Corporate Capital is simply trying to avoid responsibility for their lack of effort, I feel and am quite sure they are creating a smoke screen of irrelevant distractions to misdirect myself and the Revdex.com from the simple truth that they are not doing their jobThe fact of the matter is that I was promised by several individuals on numerous occasions that my payments would be back-dated and everything would be taken care ofThis was simply untrueMy payments were in fact never back-dated, things were simply neglected and I, although according to Corporate Capital am a great customer, am very unsatisfied to say the leastThis issue has been elongated by the very individuals that have the ability to, yet refuse to fix the problemTheir suggestion to fix this mess is to print out a piece of typed paper that states at one point in time I had a loan for "x" amount of dollars, have paid "x" amount of payments, and still owe "x" amount of dollarsThe problem here is that this not only does absolutely nothing for my credit score, it also means nothing to anyone who has ran my credit only to find that there is no proof that I ever even purchased a vehicleLenders want to see credit history of big purchase items, not a worthless paper that carries no valueI am sick of the run-around and am especially sick of Corporate Capital saying they are not obligated to report my payments after being informed by a manager that they pay a supposed third party company to do just that Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Not only do I feel that Corporate Capital is simply trying to avoid responsibility for their lack of effort, I feel and am quite sure they are creating a smoke screen of irrelevant distractions to misdirect myself and the Revdex.com from the simple truth that they are not doing their job. The fact of the matter is that I was promised by several individuals on numerous occasions that my payments would be back-dated and everything would be taken care of. This was simply untrue. My payments were in fact never back-dated, things were simply neglected and I, although according to Corporate Capital am a great customer, am very unsatisfied to say the least. This issue has been elongated by the very individuals that have the ability to, yet refuse to fix the problem. Their suggestion to fix this mess is to print out a piece of typed paper that states at one point in time I had a loan for "x" amount of dollars, have paid "x" amount of payments, and still owe "x" amount of dollars. The problem here is that this not only does absolutely nothing for my credit score, it also means nothing to anyone who has ran my credit only to find that there is no proof that I ever even purchased a vehicle. Lenders want to see credit history of big purchase items, not a worthless paper that carries no value. I am sick of the run-around and am especially sick of Corporate Capital saying they are not obligated to report my payments after being informed by a manager that they pay a supposed third party company to do just that.
