I signed the release to get the check since this business is NOT a member of The Revdex.com they could care less if anyone complained about them. And my basement needs to be repaired. I do not have a legal matter with the City. If the account was resolved January 14, 2015 it was resolved before the mess ever occurred. I have not received a check or anything else from Corporate Claims. They need to send the check. I am still very upset with the manner this mess was handled.
