Review: Dear Sir/Madam,I had an accident about 8 weeks ago, and it was the other driver's fault, who is under the insurance policy provided by Corporate Claims Services, Inc. I filed the claim right after the accident, but the company did not process anything until I bought the police report and sent it to them 2 weeks later. After that, I waited for 5 weeks until they finally decided a total lost for my car. They said from beginning of this week, on Feb 26th, that they would give me the paperwork soon and every thing should be done in one or two weeks. However, until today, after one week, I did not receive any paperwork. I cannot contact with the representative, [redacted] either by phone, or email. It has been like that from the beginning of the claim, she rarely picks up the phone. I am totally disappointed about the company service. The accident is a simple case, the policeman stated that it is the other driver's fault in his report. The car is total lost. How can it take them 8 weeks (might be 9, 10, I do not know) to process the claim? It would also cost thousands of dollars for them to rent the car for me.My car insurance will end soon, and I do not want to renew it, since the car was total lost. Thus, I need this to be done as soon as possible.Thank you.Best Regards,[redacted].Desired Settlement: They stated that the car value is $11,200. I would like to receive my check as soon as possible.
