I was having trouble navigating business credit as a lot of first time small business owners do and Truebuild changed the trajectory of my corporate credit profile in less than 45 days. I've had a serious talk with a couple of their team through the process each time I told them I'm at end of the road I'm done investing and each time someone talks me into being more patient I've been in this program for way too long so hey guess what Ive grown patience-less I've done everything their program wanted I've invested into everything they told me to but no more

As the leaders in this industry, we pride ourselves on doing what it takes to make sure each and every client receives the service that they are paying us to provide. With that being said, we have had very lengthy conversations with the client both by phone and email to work with him to resolve his concerns and get him the results he invested into establishing a solid foundation in business credit for his company. We have already made so much progress we feel it would be such a shame to abandon the efforts made by both our company and the client. However we have mutually resolved with the client to issue a partial refund and close the account. As always we wish him all the success in his business endeavors and hope the asset he has built so far will serve him to that end.

We made a mutual agreement with the client that we would process a partial refund in the amount of $500. That was processed and the client has acknowledged receipt and that he would notify the Revdex.com accordingly. Please see his email response below: "Morning refund check received I'm notifying Revdex.com today

I would like to thank True Build for all they have done to help me get my business credit off to a good start. I could not have done it without you. Understanding the concept of how this program work is all it take. I would recommend it to everyone that is trying to establish their business credit.
