BEWARE: This company is mailing out notices to new businesses asking for $to file ANNUAL MINUTES which are REQUIREMENTS **"The Florida Dept of State Division of Corporations website Sunbiz.org specifically calls out this organization as FRAUDULENTThey should not be allowed to conduct business." [redacted] It is VERY SCARY that "CORPORATE FILING SERVICES" is still allowed to mail these letter/notices out and lie to these poor people that can't read the language or just don't know any better

This company is mailing out notices to new businesses asking for $125 to file ANNUAL MINUTES which are FALSE REQUIREMENTS.

It is VERY SCARY that "CORPORATE FILING SERVICES" is still allowed to mail these letter/notices out and lie to these poor people that can't read the language or just don't know any better.
Just received a FINAL NOTICE from FL Human Resources Compliance 400 Capital Circle SE, Suite 18-182 Tallahassee, FL 32301 that says "Failure to comply with 2015 labor law requirements may lead to government fines and/or audits" and has a FEE that is DUE NOW of $84.00. It states to make checks payable to: FL Human Resources Compliance. I believe that this is a SCAM. There is NO contact phone number listed on the form.
