Review: USA Promotional cards was is the company processing a rebate for a $25 Via card award which I earned through a purchase . I was send a PIN and Batch ID to use to claim my Visa cards. The claim was be done online, which I did on Jan 7, 2014. After several weeks, I contacted USA Promotional Cards to inquire about the status of my award card (rebate). I was told that the information I entered was not correct. I was given the "correct " information, which was no different that what I had entered. I was promised the Visa card to be mailed with 3-4 weeks. This happened several more times (I have a trail of emails as proof). I was told they were behind, then that the system was down, then that they were behind again...each time a time frame of 3-4 weeks was given to receive the card. I tried to call directly to speak with someone, but there was NEVER a returned call or a person to answer the phone. To date, August 31, 2014, I have not received the rebate promised over 7 1/2 months ago. All information requested has been forwarded to this company and a full and complete resolution is expected.Desired Settlement: I would like my $25 Visa card delivered to my home address as outlined in this complaint within 5 business days or by September 7, 2014. Alternatively, I would like a cash refund via check in the amount equal to the $25 owed plus interest plus compensation for my time equalling $100. My time includes over 1 hour calling, email, collecting, information and communicating with USA Promotional Cards. Thank you.

Review: Our company used usa promotional cards so employees can redeem $50.00 gift cards from them. Well the entire process was a nightmare. Only half the staff receieved their cards after requesting them. I had requested cards for both myself and my husband since we both have worked there for a number of years. I got my card in the mail after trying to request it 3 separate times. But my husbands never showed up. When I emailed their customer service department to find out why we never got his card - they told me they could give me the gift card number but they are unable to issue a new card. Since I didn't know which card belonged to whom, I gave them both my batch numbers. They responded with a gift card number. Which I was thrilled with. Well 2 months later when I finally go to use the card online for Chrismas presents, I found out they gave me the number to the card I had already receieved in the mail. I emailed again and asked them for the correct card number. they gave me the run around for a few weeks then told me they could no long help me because it was after the expiration date of the card, even though I had requested it back in October. I told them they needed to honor my request and still provide me with the correct number since they failed to do so the first time. After a few emails back and forth they finally disclosed that my husbands card was not sent to us because they have a rule of one card per household. Which I think is a total scam. Half our company is either married to each other or living together. So that means only one of them was able to redeem a card and our company ate the other $50 plus processing fees etc because of some bogus rule they never disclosed with the cards when mailing them. They just flat out refused to help me and provide me with a service that was already paid for. I still want our $50 gift card and would be happy to provide an address to where they can mail that to.Desired Settlement: I would like for the service that our company paid for to be provided. I would like the $50 gift card to be sent to us since we were unaware of any rule regarding 1 card per household and failed to provide me with that information until after the expiration of my card (seems convenient to me.) Otherwise, they need to refund our company for EACH card that was not redeemed because of this rule. Employees even requested their cards multiple times and never got one. This service is a scam.

Review: Received plastic "$25 Visa Award Card" as a gift.Fill in online form to get actual card sent to me.Nothing came.Called up October 1st, and they said "our systems have been down since August 12th 2014".Also known as USAPromotionaCardsCorporate Gift Card Redemption Center, Dept# [redacted] P.O. Box 28240, Anaheim, CA 92809-8240. See https://www.usapromotionalcards.com/privacy.htmlDesired Settlement: (1) Deliver promised $25 Visa Award Card.(2) Change business practices: it's pretty clear that awkward policies and procedures are used by USA Promotional in order to reduce costs and increase "breakage" where paid for cards are never redeemed.

Review: The company was contacted in January 2014 with proper information and they were to deliver a $25 gift card within 2 weeks. They never did. They were called 3 more times and promised delivery and never did. They have many complaints against them.Desired Settlement: Either to send a $25 rewards card or check for $25 within 5 business day. Otherwise to be responsible for applicable interest on that amount from the date due plus compensation for my time spent on the phone for 30 minutes total at a rate of $250 per hour which is my professional fee schedule. Thank you.

Response:

After registering a complaint through you, the merchant finally sent the debit card, which was ignored and delayed for more than about 3 months.

So kindly close this dispute.
