I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I had asked this company, when they called to cancel, if we could change to the Monroe area (not Milford) which is away from downtown and her response was "we actually won't be driving at all that weekend because of the downtown area events since they are coming from the KY side to get to our location for pick up".  At that point, I said fine, cancel your contract since they could NOT follow through and were unwilling to even go with the change of staying away from downtown.Then a friend of mine called to set up something for that same weekend and he received a voicemail stating that hey were available any day that weekend.  I feel that they just didn't want to deal with driving to our location and backed out.  Which in return, put me in a bind to hurry up and find someone to cover this 21st party for my son which I have college students coming in for. 
I want nothing from them at this point...I just thought it should be known that this company backed out of their contract and they do not hold true to their commitments.
