Review: My son had been going to Corporate Kids Learning Center since July 2012. I'm active duty military which means I don't have a permanent schedule, and so I chose the "drop-off rate" for my son instead of a "weeky rate". The drop-off rate is more expensive, but you only pay for the days you bring your kid in the daycare. There were times when my son wouldn't show up in the daycare for weeks when I had to go for some special duty, and the daycare was well aware of that. There were times when my son didn't have to show up for more than a month when he went to Hawaii to see his grandparents. In September 2013, I told the daycare that my son was going to Hawaii for another vacation. After a month, I also made them aware that I had an emergency court order and that my commander wanted me to bring my son to the base daycare for some safety reason. I told the daycare that my son will go back to the daycare and they said his spot will still be open for him. My son has a full bag of diapers, clothes, powder, diaper rash cream and sunblock which I found out in November 2013 were all missing. They told me they were going to find them, but I called and stopped by the daycare numerous times and was told that they were gonna ask the teachers and look for my son's belongings. Every time I called, I was told the same thing. I asked the workers to have the owner/manager call me, but she never called me back. One time when I called again, the owner picked up and I asked her if her employees have told her about my inquiry about my son's belongings and she said she doesn't know anything about it. She also told me that once the child hasn't been there for a couple of months, they donate the kid's belongings to the Salvation Army. I made them well aware that my son was coming back and she even charged me for a registration fee in October 2013 so they know my son was coming back. She didn't apologize or even offer to replace them. I was so upset and told her that my son had a full bag of diapers (Pampers) which is not cheap, not to mention all his other stuff. She sounded like she just wanted to end the conversation and told me to just give her a price. She said she will try to look for his stuff again and will call me next Monday. I told her that the diapers are around $20. After the conversation in January 2014, I waited and waited but she never called me again. I called several times and her employess just kept telling me that Tammy (owner/manager) was in and out and that they left her a note in her office. I gave them my new address where they can send the money just in case they don't find his stuff. I told them that it seems like my son's belongings are never to be found. I am tired of calling them. I've been nice to all of them, but I'm afraid that if this keeps going on, I will just snap and scream at them. I have been calling them for months and no resolution has been made.Desired Settlement: I want my son's belongings back or the equivalent amount of all my son's stuff that went missing. Their customer service is very poor.
