Corporate Manner now claims that it has discarded my personal belongings after the so called powers that be had us illegally evicted last FridayWe were told by [redacted] police that we had the standard days to retrieve the propertyManagement is completely out of control and I believe that they are behaving as school kids due to the fact that I have reported their public misconduct to your reputable organization

This is in response to the complaint filed on ***First I would like to point out that the person who filed the complaint with you is not on the rental agreement with his mother (the tenant) who lived in the apartment- and therefore is not a customer of ours.In fact, his mother was in violation of the rental agreement- our rental agreement for her apartment clearly states:"Only person listed on this agreement will occupy the apartment." Per the rental agreement the complainant should never have been living in the apartment.The allegations of harassment of any kind are untrueAnd in regards to excessive noise, we are in the process of renovating multiple unitsin our apartment complex, any noise issues were due to improvements we are making to anumber of our apartments- and all work performed was during regular work I bu~iness hours.In regards to Bed Bugs- the tenant never brought this issue up until she was in the process of being evictedWhen the tenant brought this issue up we offered the services of an exterminator- which she declinedHowever- after she wasevicted it became evident to us that her apartment did not have bed bugs- it had fleas due to the cats that were living with her and her son in the apartmentThis is also in violation of Her rental agreement, which states: "No pet sallowed."The complainant's mother was legally evicted by a US Marshall from Corporate Manor Apartments on Friday the 24'h fora number or reasons none which had anything to do with our maintenance staffWe followed all the necessary legalsteps to evict her and gave her multiple opportunities to leave on her own accord (with her deposit) during the process that led up to her eviction- she declined these opportunitiesIn fact, in spite of her being evicted, we even gave her$security deposit back to her at the time of eviction which she was not entitled to based on her violating the rental agreement and the condition of the apartment- we do not owe her any money.Her cats had urinated I sprayed Her studio apartmentHer apartment was in a state of disrepair and disregard withdamage to the unit and filth- including an Overflowing litterbox which also contained food trashWe are going to haveto spend a considerable amount of money to correct the damage that she, her cats and her son caused to her unit.During the morning of her eviction the tenant was very uncooperative with the Marshall and initially refused to leavethe apartment and the Marshall had to call the Buffalo police to forcibly evict herThere were multiple police officersonsite to forcibly evict her from the premisesWe allowed the tenant to use our office phone the morning of hereviction to help her arrange to have her and her belongings moved- she finally moved out once the pollee arrived and afriend of hers came and picked her up along with her belongingsShe left the apartment full of garbage- and inaddition, The Marshall that evicted her said since she was forcibly removed f evicted we had no obligations to hold orstore anything remaining in the apartmentWe are no IOI'lger receiving her mail and are not holding any of her mail (all mail of hers that we have received has already been given to her)We have told her that she needs to contact the postoffice in regards to here mail.Sincerely,Corporate Manor Apartments
