Review: I never revived bill or invoice for this company, and all sudden I revive bill saying I have to pay $645.00, I am calling to find out what they are billing me for this, no one answer the phone I leave so many messages no one is returning my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I just want to go away this bill because I am not sure what they are billing me for.

Review: Our hotel was sent a request for proposal in November 2012 for a company named IDT through CTCA. The letter was third party from a [redacted] of IDT and sent to [redacted] at Corporate travel Coordinators of America. We faxed the Corporate numbers back with a rate we were happy to offer. Received a bill for $300 in May. Contacted the company to say we did not know about signing up for any service and asked that we be removed and charges be reversed. (left message and fax for someone to get back to us). Name on message was [redacted]. Never heard back so assumed it was taken care of. Received another bill in August for $480. Called and faxed again asking for someone to return our call. Did not want this service. Received another bill in October for $645. Called and faxed again, did not want service and wanted someone to contact us. Received another bill in December for $645.00. Called and faxed again. Received a call on 12/[redacted]/13 from [redacted] stating we had signed up for this and it was nonrefundable. Explained we had been trying to reach the company since May to find out what this was and to cancel whatever this was for. She said it didn't matter. Sent me a sheet with our hotel information on it saying we signed up for this. Tried to also reach [redacted] and/or [redacted], (Names on Correspondence) no such names or numbers for these people. One phone number that goes to this [redacted] and one fax number. No other numbers, emails addresses or fax machines.Desired Settlement: We would like the entire amount adjusted. This was very misleading and we made several attempts to let them know we were not interested in the product/service. We never received anything from this company other than a request for a corporate rate for a company called IDT that stated it would be doing work in our area and was looking for a corporate rate. Companies do this all of the time. We do not normally then get an invoice charging us for offering a company a rate. I have all of the paper work that we have received thus far.
