We were very impressed with the professionalism of Corporate RelocationThey got the job done quickly and safelyNo breakage or missing itemsWe chose them because their rate was cheaper than the big name moving companies but we sacrificed nothing regarding the serviceThe crew was very friendly and the truck was clean and new lookingWe would highly recommend this moving company for any local or long distance moving job

Roman';">Once the movers arrive to the residence they take an inventory, that is the accurate inventory.
It was a very large inventory to begin with so there was probably even extra pieces you forgot to mention. In person, however
you can see the items and get the actual cubic footage, you cant get that over the phone. The movers have been doing this for
at least 5 years years and they are very accurate on the actual volume each customer has.
By law we are required to inform the customer if they are going to experience a price increase, the same is true in this case.
We informed them they were going to be over the original estimate price.
At this point they have the option to decline the move for a full refund or sing the new contract for the new price,
The customer signed the new contract, after doing so they then filed
this complaint which is bogus because they signed the new contract

I have never publicly reviewed a company before, but had to share my thoughts after my recent experiences using Corporate Relocation for my move to VirginiaThese guys are not only top notch, but by far one of the few HONEST moving companies in existence After speaking to several competitors, I was relieved to speak to the staffThey were thorough and took their time answering all our questions and concernsThey offered us a dedicated truck and a binding not to exceed price Both of these options were exactly what we were looking for when moving our things from our home of over yearsThe crew took great care in the handling of our belongings and our items were delivered in the exact time frame promised - everything in tact with NO damages! My wife and I will definitely recommend Corporate Relocation to all and can't say thanks enough to everyone involved!

Every single member of the crew was careful, quick, kind, efficient and professional. It was like watching 4 ninjas swiftly wrap and whisk our stuff into the truck, then out. Not a single item was damaged. They were early and ended up charging considerably less than the estimate. Excellent experience all around!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me, however there is no recourse for me at this time other than warn others to not use their services. The business's response had absolutely NOTHING to do with our complaints, our concerns or ability to get anyone to return a phone call.

This is the WORST moving company I have ever dealt with, and I've moved quite a few times. First of all, their salesman, David, tells you every lie in the book from they are not brokers, don't use State to State as they are brokers (come to find out, they sent State to State trucks to my move, so they are affiliated), we always wear shirts that identify us (apparently their shirts were being cleaned that day), this is a guaranteed rate, blah, blah, blah. I asked for 3 guys and was given 2, one of which was WORTHLESS. The so-called foreman, Jose, did nothing but stay on his phone the entire time, call after call after call. They didn't show up until 4pm and said they had already had two moves ahead of me, so they were very tired. The other guy flirted with me relentlessly, making me VERY uncomfortable. I bought them pizza and they sat and ate for about 15 minutes and then threw that in my face later stating that was one reason they were there so late. Seriously? My initial quote from David was for approximately 600 cubic feet. I ended up at about 800 and because they had someone else's stuff in their truck, I only had a certain amount of space and had to leave some of my things in Atlanta because they couldn't fit them on the truck. The so-called owner, Alonzo, or something like that, showed up at my apartment at 11pm!! He came to talk to me about the fact that I was upset that my stuff wasn't fitting on the truck and they were upping my estimate $800 because they had underbid just to get the move. He threatened to put my stuff out on the sidewalk unless I signed a new contract. I called the police and they told me that the estimate was just that and that they had every right to charge me more. I had no option but to sign the new contract and pay more, but I swore I would post as many reviews as possible with every version of their name (they keep changing it) on the internet so that people would not fall prey to these guys. They subbed out my delivery to some Russian guys from New York, who were actually very nice, but every single one of my boxes was smashed. I am actually grateful that I had only 1 broken plate and 2 broken lampshades in the whole move. However, they gave me someone else's box of pictures and over the last 5 weeks I have tried to get in touch with them and get information so that I can return these pictures to the people who surely are missing them and probably very frustrated that they were lost, to no avail. No one will return my phone calls, emails, texts, nothing. I have definitely learned a lesson about using an online, non-local moving company (even though this was a cross-country move) and hope that people will read this review before they book with these people. BEWARE!!!! They go by Corporate Relocation LLC, Corporation Relocation Group, State to State Movers. They are all the same and are all BROKERS, not a moving company like they state. They lie and lie and lie and are the biggest rip-off artists I've ever seen. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!
