customers in a timely fashionWe were out of province twice, had a sudden death in our family along with many other issues beyond our control at that timeLife happens and unfortunately she wasn’t happyIt was not our intention to leave a customer upsetPlease respond to us on this matter, as we would hope one customer isn’t going to reflect us as a whole

I was very pleasantly surprised today when we received a cheque from you. I am even more pleased that you took the responsibility for the additional labour cost we had to incur to get the *** heat pump working
You may be (or possibly not) aware that I lodged a complaint with the Revdex.com and at the moment, I believe the file is still open. I will be contacting them immediately to inform them that you have covered our out-of-pocket expense regarding the labour issue and that *** and I consider a successful closure to this matter
Communication between a business and the customer is of utmost importance and hope that what we experienced will not happen to anyone else
