Complainant came to us through a third-party company which refers clients to us as "Mail Identity Clients". As such...

we receive their mail, which they can pick up or have forwarded to them at another address (and they have a Lobby Listing in our building, and the use of our meeting rooms for a fee). His services under this agreement have never been interrupted. We did notify our referral partner of our intent to discontinue our agreement with Complainant and agreed to continue services until the end of October. He was never told "he wasn't wanted on the property" or that we would withhold his mail from him. We have copies of our internal billing sheets showing when his mail was forwarded.
Several months ago, Complainant did express a desire to rent 2 offices in our building. He was asked to complete a Credit Application which he declined to do, saying he would pay cash. He agreed to pay cash for 3 months' rental, in advance. A lease was prepared with a specific start date; the lease was emailed to him for his review. He was to sign, bring in his payment and receive a counter-signed lease. He hand-carried in the lease which he had signed and expected it to be counter-signed with no money changing hands. He was told the document was not binding until signed by both parties "after the payment was received."
He continued to schedule meeting rooms from time to time, but no more was said about leasing a suite. During this time, one of the 2 suites he wanted had been rented to someone else. When he made contact again, he was informed that Suite was no longer available.
After a couple of weeks, the suite in question became available again and another lease was drawn up, with another start date, and emailed to Complainant. Again he signed the lease & brought it in without any payment. He was informed that the lease would not be binding until payment was received and was countersigned by the owner.
When no payment was forthcoming we assumed the space was no longer wanted. We considered the matter was closed.
Added to this were visits from dissatisfied suppliers, customers and law enforcement.
Sometime within the last 6 months, two police detectives from a nearby community came in looking for Complainant. They were informed that he did not have a physical presence. They had paperwork concerning "non-payment" of an invoice for building supplies. The judgment was against Complainant.
Last week a woman came in looking for him because of construction work she had contracted him to do last May. After giving him a deposit of $5,200, she has not seen him since. She was advised to go to her local police department and to contact the Revdex.com.
The end result of all of these encounters caused us to look on Case.net for any references to Complainant. We found quite a few, lawsuits against him & instituted by him. We then decided not to continue our current business arrangement with him or to enter into the suite rental contract because of his erratic behavior and prospect of continued visits from law enforcement and dissatisfied customers and suppliers.
