Hello, Thank you for re sending as Tina does not work at Speidel anymoreAs for this complaint, I do remember working with this customer and we did offer her a FREE replacementWe did ask her for a receipt or packaging for the item but she did not have thatWithout any of the paperwork or packaging there is no proof to show what she purchased this watchband forWithout a receipt there is not usually anything we can do but I did offer to send her a band free of charge for her troubles but she was not satisfied with that I cannot justify sending her a check for just on her wordIf she can show a valid receipt we are more than happy to help her outThanks, [redacted]

I received your letter with a reply from Speidel *** Speidel saying they will send me a replacement watch band to replace the one that brokeSpeidel does have a guarantee , they would not co operate with me when I contacted themPlease contact them and ask them to provide the band that they promised

Without a receipt there is not usually anything we can do but I did offer to send her a band free of charge for her troubles but she was not satisfied with that.  I cannot justify sending her a check for 30.00 just on her word.
