This is the first time I hear she is having any issues with her unitIf she needs her a/c to be fixed she is more than welcome to come to the office and submit a work orderwe have turn off the water a couple of times, but is because of emergency leaksWe do notify our tenants when
we are having issues with leaksUnfortunately because is an older complex this leaks just appeared randomlyWe do the best we can to keep our tenants happyIf we can have this lady come talk to me, I can help her with any issues she has unfortunately because she has not paid rent, she is being process for eviction. *** ***Community Manager
