[redacted] [redacted] was employed by Super Lube for almost three months. During that time he has has numerous write ups for being late, being drunk/hungover on the job and while...

employed he had two customer claims. The employee([redacted]) even took his personal file in attempts to hide his write ups. He had threatened my assistant manager and myself because of his write ups. Usually late night text messages after he had been drinking. Sometime going as late as3am. It had got so bad that after he was finally released he said he was going to go around town and bath mouth us that we were not being professional with our business. [redacted] bad mouth us on his facebook page and texted us to say he was calling our franchise company and the Revdex.com and he was going to bring us down. Then he started to call the store after we stopped answering our text messages and phone calls. He again made threats to whoever answered the phone that he was coming up to the store with his "gang" and knuckle everyone. At that point the police were involved, shown the text messages and the beaver dam police department then had contacted [redacted] and warned him that if he continued with this type of behavior he would be arrested for harassment. [redacted] is not allowed to call or be in contact with anyone employed by Super Lube. [redacted] is also not allowed on the property at anytime. I am forwarding your letter to the Beaver Dam Police and allowing them to make a decision. I was also informed that [redacted] already had some other ongoing issues with the Beaver Dam Police and they were very aware of who he was. The irony to this whole story is that on Wednesday August 27th he texted me starting at 6:10pm ending at 6:51pm asking for his job back and I explain to him on why that would never happen. He also texted my assistant the same comments about wanting his job back on the same day. We have the texts and have informed the police. [redacted] was paid for all hours worked and we have not heard from him since Friday August 29th 2014.

I hope this helps in clarifying this matter. If there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know.

I am writing in response to a letter I received from [redacted] Trade Practice Consultant of the Revdex.com of a complaint assigned to number [redacted] I have included in this email the customer [redacted] owner of the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I had received a phone call from my assistant manager [redacted] about a customer who had a problem with their oil change. I immediately called the customer Mrs [redacted] and had her explain to me what was wrong with her vehicle. We serviced her vehicle on Jan 9th 2014. Mrs [redacted] stated she took her jeep in for an oil change to Reed Chrysler in Beaver Dam and they told her that a plastic tab was broken inside the oil filter housing. There are 4 plastic tabs and one was broken. She asked me to call Reed Chrysler and have them explain what they had found. I spoke to the service manager and he explained to me what they had found. He also explained that this is very common for these tabs to break. The service manager even stated that their own service techs break them from time to time. I had asked them how would we have know if we had broke the tabs, the service manager stated that unless you are looking for this you would not know. I also asked him if he told the customer we were at fault, he said no. All he said is that he informed the customer that the tab was broke and it could have been done by the last oil change, but their was no way to know for sure. I then called Mrs. [redacted] back and explained to her what the service manager had told me. Being that Mrs. [redacted] has had her oil change a various places there was no way for us to know when it was broken or who broke it or even how long it had been broken. The customer understood at that time, I offered the customer to pay for half of the service charges even though there was no way to tell who had broken it or how long it was broken. I explained to the customer that I wanted to help, the customer then asked to put me on hold and she had to ask her husband if paying for half the service was ok because she was ok with me paying for half. She then told me that her husband was fine with us paying for half and thank me for doing this and also explain that she would continue to be a customer. She then proceeded to tell me they would put it on their credit card and after they got back from their trip they would bring me the bill and I would at that time pay for half the service. So as you can see, I am very confused on why this letter was written to the Revdex.com.
