My husband and son reached the fishing port at 5:in order to meet the fishing guide, *** *** He was not there at 7:so my husband phoned him and he did not answer his call About minutes later *** *** called back and told them he could be there in 1/hours My husband made the decision not to go on the trip because he knew in *** ***'s voice that something was not right I am glad that decision was made because once we returned home *** *** admitted to me by e-mail that he still has a lot of issues from the war experience and has night dreams, his coffee table was knocked over that morning and his phone unplugged Would you really trust someone in that state of mind to bring you on a guided fishing tour My husband and son's life may have been in danger And I still feel that he should be willing to pay the expenses that were included to make the 1/hour trip there, the fishing license, the hotel, and the food As explained we would have booked it with someone else if we would have had any clue that this would have occurred.Thanks, *** ***

I again do sincerely apologize for being late to the mentioned fishing charterI have attempted to compensate Mrs*** by offering a free trip at the originally scheduled date within less than two hours of the scheduled launch time of 6:00am (not 5:30, as she has stated)I called Mr*** at (refer to attached call log) to offer the scheduled trip free of chargeMr*** replied "It's alrightThe boy didn't really want to go anyways"The next day I returned the $deposit to Mrs*** and sent an apology email offering a free trip whenever they would like, with proper scheduling (see attachment of first email sent)I informed Mrs*** that the reason I was late was because, while having a nightmare, I knocked my phone off of my bedside table and it was unplugged well away from my bedI believe Mrs*** is using slander by claiming that I could have possibly been a danger to her husband and son as she claims; ''*** *** admitted to me by e-mail that he still has a lot of issues from the war experience and has night dreams"I merely told her that I have night terrors after my time in the serviceI did not mention, nor believe, I have any secondary issue (see attached email to ***)In fact I do not receive disability in any capacityHaving nightmares does not qualify someone as a dangerous personThese comments could hurt my business reputation as well as the livelihood of my familyIf these comments are posted publicly in any manner, I will be forced to take legal action on grounds of libel, slander, and extortionI believe that Mrs*** is using the circumstance to extort me (see attached email where Mrs*** asks for me to pay $for food (which is a daily expense regardless of where you are) as well as gasoline that Mrs*** used getting to Corpus Christi (regardless of the fact that she was not going on the fishing trip), A hotel room that she used (regardless of the fact that she was not going fishing), and fishing licenses (which I gave them the opportunity to use on my charter and they could have used without the charter on the beach or from the shore)In short, she is pressuring me to pay for her family's entire vacation, despite the fact that I have refunded their money and offered a free Charter for the day scheduled, only less than two hours later than the originally scheduled launch time as well as a charter at a later dateI would like to sincerely apologize again to the *** family for the inconvenience and continue my offer to take them on a free fishing charter with proper scheduling
