I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint...

ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[I received a smug text from Adeel saying"Thanks for filing with Revdex.com" I didn not receive any invoice, he gave us a letter for the the homeowners insurance with Allstate, and claims that he sent the pdf invoice, but he didn't. He is holding out on us because we refused to pay him in "Cash". When we presented him with the last 2 checks, he stood up and shouted " you pay me with checks? , You said you would organize cash, I didn't charge you any tax on yourjob, because I don't want to pay any taxes on this income" Adeel, you are a liar, and foolish at that, because we have a *year warranty on the roof job, that means we now have a *year relationship.. Why would you choose to make it * bad years instead of good ones? I picked your company because you are a member of the national association of roofers and is listed with Revdex.com, what a disappointment. I can't recommend you to anyone moving forward. You are unfair and greedy to your customers, this is not right. The gutter work and replacing plywood is standard with any complete roof replacement job. Its stated in the contract that we both signed, that a pdf receipt would be provided when all payments are made...all payments were made, produce the pdf.. And furthermore, you claim to have sent it already, if you cared any about resolving this issue, you could have simply send it again...or better yet why not send me a screenshot of the copy of the sent invoice, showing the date and time being sent to my email address? Any intelligent business person would do their best to resolve customer issues in a fair and timely manner. After all is said and done, Adeel, your customers ARE your business....no one wants bad publicity or to be called out on ANY social media platform as a tax evading cheater. Very strange objections, the background color has no legal effect on the invoice. I am mailing you out after corrections as requested a copy of the invoice.
