Corpuz Family Denistry is overbilling above the agreed upon contracted amount with the insurance company.
Went to Corpuz Family Dentistry to have a crown put on, I have dental insurance on myself as well as being covered under my spouses dental ins. I was told at the time of my service [redacted] by the billing staff at Corpuz, that my crown would be covered fully thru my 2 insurance companies. I then received a bill from Corpuz Dental for $[redacted] over what my insurance companys said was the contracted billing amount for the service I had done, the insurance said the contracted amount was $[redacted], of which my ins pd $[redacted]. Corpuz Dental verbally deceived me and are overbilling me $[redacted] for the crown service.
