Linda and her people did a great job on our roof my wife and I are very happy with there professionalism, and knowledge of the craft .We highly recommend this company and would use them again if need be

we did go over and looked at the roof after the the wife call and said it started leaking when her husband went up on the roof and shoveld and chopped the ice up most of the roof is now damaged and chopped up by him or whom ever cleaned off the roof, we took lots of pitchers .and gave them to the town of [redacted] and the state off [redacted] there warranty ran out over a year ago and there trying to get us to pay for the damage they coused thenm self , and using intimadation and threatening and harassment to accomplish it, they dont care what you telll them they talk over you and when you answer them they say your being rude there trying to get someone to pay for the dammage the caused them self thats just wrong in immoral I have pitchers off all sections of the roof if you would like them I tryied to make other times after to come back but they wouldnt not cooperate , I told then I have to be at the bus stop for my daughter at am and pm everyday and anytime before that was fine.or in between

Very impressed with Corrado Champagne Home Improvement. Linda and Bob were very professional and knew their business from the name of shingles,to quality and life of them. I felt comfortable with the explanation of damage and the price to repair( after all we don't know the condition of damage to the roof and a roofer can tell you anything they want to). If we need roof repair or replacement I would certainly call Corrado Champagne again.

Review: We had our roof done by this company in 2011 due to leaking. This winter our roof began leaking again in the same spot it was leaking before. I contacted them so that they could come out to take a look at the roof. The owner says that he is not available to come out at 3 or later. We are available at 3pm any day or anytime on the weekend. The owner is unwilling to compromise at all. He came out when we were not home and said that my husband gouged our roof which is not true. He said that he would try to make childcare arrangements and contact to schedule a time to come out and 3 weeks later we had still not received a call back.

When I called him again he was belligerent. He spoke over me and continued to say that my husband gouged the roof and that he had proof. Again he was unwilling to come out to meet at or after 3pm. This company is not standing by their service and is completely unwilling to resolve this dispute peacefully. I would have expected that he try to discuss the cost of repair and how to arrange this but he was completely unwilling to listen to me and was plain rude and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: It would be fair for the company to pro-rate the cost of repair so that I can get my roof repaired by a company that will stand by their work and be willing to peacefully resolve costumer concerns.
