TeWe are a small business We fabricate canvas products and cushions to custom fitThese products are fabricated from the materials specified by the customerA large percentage of our spring work comes from boat owners who are starting to get ready for the boating season Our customers are told we need a deposit before we can add their names to the work list Also they are told that it will take a number of weeks to complete the work The job was completed as stated in the estimate the beginning of June Two weeks after the canvas was installed, the customer contacted me stating the wings of the top should have gone to the floor and there should have been a smile in the glass This work was not included in the estimate and would be an additional charge To date the customer has not paid in full for the work that was done.ll us why here
