I think Mr. [redacted] is off  on the timeline. The job is not complete. The statement of me waiting to complain two weeks after the job was complete is false. There is an email from me to him on May 31 st. With serious concerns.  He has not returned a single phone or showed up on a single day he promised to. There are numerous emails from March promising the work would be done in two weeks . Three at the most. TeWe are a small business.  We fabricate canvas products and cushions to custom fit. These products are fabricated from the materials specified by the customer. A large percentage of our spring work comes from boat owners who are starting to get ready for the boating season.  Our customers...

are told we need a deposit before we can add their names to the work list.  Also they are told that it will take a number of weeks to complete the work.  The job was completed as stated in the estimate the beginning of June.  Two weeks after the canvas was installed, the customer contacted me stating the wings of the top should have gone to the floor and there should have been a smile in the glass.  This work was not included in the estimate and would be an additional charge.  To date the customer has not paid in full for the work that was done.ll us why here...
