I'm writing in response to the complaint involving *** ***.When she came to me on the 24th and asked for her money back, I told her it was deposited and I do not have a company checkbook but would put in a request for her to get her money backI informed her that I would let her know as soon as
possible as to when that would be I was out of the office on 7/27/when she left numerous messages about her security deposit refundNo one covers my desk when I am absentYou may verify with my co-workers that I was not in the office that day. The next day, on the 28th, I could not get a hold of the person who has access to the company checkbook.Therefore, so she wouldn't have to wait, I gave MsFree $cash from my personal account and told her I would have the refund issued to me. I informed her that I would let her know as soon as possible as to when that would be.  I was out of the office on 7/27/15 when she left numerous messages about her security deposit refund. No one covers my desk when I am absent. You may verify with my co-workers that I was not in the office that day.
 
The next day, on the 28th, I could not get a hold of the person who has access to the company checkbook.Therefore, so she wouldn't have to wait, I gave Ms. Free $650.00 cash from my personal account and told her I would have the refund issued to me. 
Please consider this matter closed.
