I stayed in these apartments on 14 months lease. I can say this is the worst apartment I have ever seen in my US life. Office team was not friendly. They talk very rude. I had few problems when I was living here.
I had health problems, so I asked them to move to another apartment in the same community .They talked very rude and asking for doctor certificates and told me to close the existing lease with penalty and re-write new lease with higher rent.
I can explain how they consider the maintenance requests. I called and gave complaint that my AC vent in bedroom was not working. They walked in and told me that, yes in bedroom it is not working, so you have to open bed room door, so AC from living room vent spread to bed room. Very rude way.
My bed room slides were not working when I move-in and I informed them during move-in and they replaced after 4months.
I stayed 14 months and after move out, they charged me almost $897 as move out charges, for whole paints ($300), counter tops ($250, Vinyl Scrubs ($85), Apartment and Carpet cleaning ($130) and other changes + Tax. I didn't had any major damages on the wall and they say walls are little greyish, so you have to pay for paint. Although I stay 14months I have to move out as if it is new apartment. [redacted] worst people out there in the office...I will give 0.5/5 rating for this worst community in phoenix.
Don’t be hurry to move in there because of rental discounts, because they will collect all discounts as part of move out prices. Good luck and try there are best apartments with nice community team in the valley.
