I've been with Realty Masters for yearsChuntell has been a absolute gem in handling any and all issues thrown her wayFrom finding tenants to handling repairs and over seeing the propertyI would highly recommend using her for all your property/realtor needs

We are new to the Pensacola area and for the most part most people we have met are wonderful. This was not the case with this company. Through or real estate agent we found the wonderful home in Cantonment to buy but our credit needs some minor repair. We were happy to find a house that we could rent on a month to month until we are able to buy being administer by Realty Masters for the owners.
We negotiated a lease, we paid the earnest money and everything was going well until we met Keven [redacted] He was rude and disrespectful to us and even hung up on my husband. We drove to the office to talk to the manager about it and was told she ([redacted]) said she did not have time to talk to us.
She did not say she would get back with us, nor asked us to make an appointment just she didn't have time to talk to us.
This is the worst case of poor customer service we have ever come in contact with. The customer is not always right but they deserve much better service than this business has time for.

My wife and I will be purchasing a house in the Gulf Breeze area to use as a rental property in the next couple of months and I chose Realty Masters of Florida to be the company to manage this property. I based my decision on multiple reviews on multiple websites. However when I attempted to start a working relationship with this company I was turned away by Pam. I explained to her my situation and told her I intend to work with her company to manage my future rental she was very polite and willing to discus any information specifically about the Gulf Breeze area. She then asked me if I was currently working with a realtor to find the house, I said yes. She said "well that's unfortunate" and went on to conduct a very unprofessional conversation about how she will not get or discus any information about any house along with continuous bantering about her excessive work load and upcoming retirement, which I did not ask about nor needed lecturing on. I politely asked her in my confusion of how quickly the conversation turned if they managed rental properties. She said "well yes, but you don't have a property to manage at the moment and I will not waste my time discussing the market with you." She went on to say that any market information I need I can ask the current realtor I am working with. She then went on to use her position of power to bribe me and implied that if I go through her company to purchase our house she would be more willing to discus information on being my property manager. I told her I am simply looking to establish a relationship with a local property management company to manage the property my wife and I are soon to buy. She reiterated she was not interested in my future business. I have to say I have several rental properties in different states and use property managers for all of them. It is imperative, not only to have good communication with the property management company but to also work with a property management company that is professional at all times. This entire conversation was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. How they are even close to a 4 star rating is a surprise, much like unprofessional candor Pam displayed during that extremely uncomfortable conversation!
