Dear Revdex.com Dispute Resolution Department,
The letter received by the customer clearly states if they replaced
their furnace or boiler with a different manufacturer they are not eligible for a rebateThe customer replaced a Weil-McLain boiler with a Lennox furnaceThe representative would have explained this policy to the customer when they initially registered for the recall and again when she called requesting a status of her rebateThe customer is informed on the call if the information provided is not correct their status may be re-evaluated
Below is from the letter received by the customer when they registered
OPTION ONE - REPLACEMENT REBATE:
You may receive a rebate if you submit the required documentation demonstrating that you replaced an eligible furnace or boiler and HTPV vent system that qualified under the terms of the CAP with a high-efficiency 90+ furnace or boiler manufactured by the same company
Remember, the New Appliance rebate for furnaces or boilers only applies if you replace your mid-efficiency furnace or boiler with a high-efficiency 90+ furnace or boiler manufactured by the same company
The customer was put on hold in order to locate her paperwork and to speak with a supervisor to clarify the policy

They only write the checks at the end of the month.  It looks as if his check was mailed at the end of July.  I am unable to look up the exact check information right now, but will be able to when my case manager is back on Monday.  I will give him a call on Monday 8/8 to verify with...
