I am rejecting this response because:I did not verbally agree to or seek this businesses services. The owner entered my business as a customer in
May 2014. After making a purchase he mentioned he couldn't find our business on Google Maps and would like to help by entering our address. He did not indicate he was a business or discuss a fee. When he sent me an email on May 23rd, 2014, requesting the 5-digit verification from Google and asking for money, I became concerned it was a scam so I didn't respond. He applied for the verification code using his email so I had to reclaim my business listing from Google. I then set up the Google listing myself, including entering photos, text, description, etc. When I didn't give him money he resorted to giving me a negative review on Google, 1/years after he visited my business
