I spoke with [redacted] and agreed to replace the crown on #15 free of charge. This will be done without any admission of wrong doing as the xrays clearly show a closed contact and no decay present in December of 2014 when it was placed. [redacted] inaccurately stated that it was 9 months ago , when in fact it...

was 18 months ago. At the time he stated that the tooth was bothering him and we gave him a referral to see an endodontist. [redacted] put off that exam appointment for over a year and in that amount of time decay from #14 (a tooth we did not work on) spread back to #15. Again, we agreed that #15 was decay free and had no open contact at the time it was placed, but now it needs to be replaced. I also told [redacted] that I would do eeverything in my power to get a root canal done on #15 for as close to free as I can to help him out if it needs one. [redacted] knows that #14 is his responsibility and that in fact it may not be salvageable and need to be extracted. If that happens he will need a bridge from #13-15 and I will absorb the cost of #15 only, Ie; #13 and 14 will be at his expense.

I couldn't be happier with my dentist(s). I have been a patient at Correll Dental for over 16 years, and so has my family.
