Review: Mi queja es para la duena de Correo National Express (a private post office)[redacted] y su empleada [redacted] por su mal servicio y mentiras.1 19 de junio de 2015, reviso el website de [redacted] y mi paquete [redacted] aparece Delivered a las 9:36am y firma de recibido [redacted].2 El 19 de junio voy de [redacted] a Correo National Express a la 1pm y me atiene [redacted] y me entrega 3 paquetes y cuando le pregunte por mi paquete [redacted] me dice que no tienen ni un paquete mas para mi en la oficina y le dije que eso no era cierto porque en el website de [redacted] aparece delivered a las 9:36am y firmado por [redacted].3 Sale la duena de CNE y me dice que ah en la oficina no trabaja ninguna [redacted] y que [redacted] por equivocacin lo haba entregado en oficinas de [redacted] o sino el sbado 20 o lunes 22 [redacted] lo iba a entregar en Correo National Express.4 El 19 de junio voy a las oficinas de [redacted] a preguntar si ah trabaja [redacted] y me dijeron que NO y que tampoco tenan mi paquete [redacted].5 El 19 de junio a las 4pm regreso a la oficina Correo National Express y le dije a [redacted] que en [redacted] no estaba mi paquete y que tampoco trabaja [redacted] y le pregunte si habia llegado mi paquete y me dijo que NO y que el camin [redacted] se acababa de ir y ya no iba a volver porque eran las 4:10pm y le dije que alguien me menta y yo crea en [redacted] y que no estaba contenta con sus servicio y quera reembolso de mi dinero.6 El 19 de junio llamo desde mi casa en [redacted] al 1800 de [redacted] y me dijeron que mi paquete se entrego el 19 de junio a las 9:36am en CNE y firmo de recibido [redacted] y despus mande un correo a customer service de [redacted] y me dijeron que mi paquete se entrego el 19 de junio a las 9:36am en CNE.7 El 20 de junio a las 10:10am voy de [redacted] a [redacted] a CNE y me atendio un joven y le dije que iba por un paquete de [redacted] y me dijo que [redacted] no habia llegado y le dije que mi paquete era del 19 de junio y me lo entrego. [redacted] and her employee [redacted] for their bad service and lies. On June 19th 2015 I check the [redacted] website and it show my package [redacted] was delivered at

9:36am, signed by [redacted]. On June 19th I arrive at Correo

National Express at 1pm, I was assisted by [redacted], who gives me 3 packages. When I

asked for my package #[redacted], she tells me there was no such package in their office.

I told her not true because on the website for [redacted] it appears as delivered at

9:36am and signed by [redacted]. The owner comes out and states no one works

there by that name. She tells me it might be a error by [redacted] or that [redacted]

might deliver it on the 20th or 22nd of June. On the 19th I go to the [redacted]

offices and asked if there was an [redacted] working and I was told there was

not. Also that they did not have a #[redacted] package, at 4pm on the 19th I return to Correo National Express and I tell [redacted] that [redacted] does not have my

package. I asked her if my package had arrived

and she told me it had not. She also states that [redacted] has just left and would

not be back since it was 4:10pm. I told her someone was laying and that it was

not [redacted], I told her I was not satisfied with their services and I requested a

refund. That night of 19th I called [redacted] from my home in [redacted]

and was advised that my package was delivered on 19th at 9:36an at

CNE and signed by [redacted]. On June

20th I arrive at CNE at 10:10am and a man assisted me. I asked my

package, but the man said [redacted] had not arrived, I mentioned it was from June

19th and he gave me my package. Someone lied to be me from this

office.Desired Settlement: La solucin para este problema es: Que me reembolsen los $87.99 que pague por un 12 meses de servicio. Que manden a la duena y sus empleados a un curso de como tratar al cliente. Y la obliguen a poner en orden esa oficina porque es un desastre, esta todo revuelto y muy desordenado. Translation:The solution for this problem is: That a refund of 87.99 be issued, to pay for 12 months of service. To send the owner and her employees to a customer service course. To obligate her to install order in that office because it's a disaster and disorganized.
